At the heart of sustainable change is the strength of people and systems.
Our capacity building program focuses on empowering local actors—individuals, institutions, and communities—with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to respond effectively to challenges in mental health, protection, and peacebuilding. We believe capacity building is not a one-time event, but a long-term partnership— centered on local ownership, context-specific learning, and continuous improvement.
ORCE provides tailored training, mentoring, and technical support in areas such as:
Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). Strengthening the capacity of frontline workers, specialized and non-specialized health professionals, and community members to offer culturally appropriate psychosocial care.

Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Response and Prevention. Equipping stakeholders with the competencies to protect and support survivors and to foster safe gender-equitable communities.
Organizational Development. Supporting community-based organizations and institutions to enhance governance, project management, and service delivery.
Youth and Women Empowerment. Investing in the leadership and life skills of young people and women to become active agents of peace and recovery.
