Grounded in our mission and values, ORCE has five strategic pillars that guide our services and support our work.
Integrated Direct Services. Provide mental health and physical rehabilitative services that are specialized and customized, and that integrate cultural and spiritual components for survivors of trauma and war.
Capacity Building and Training. Provide organizations with professional training to enhance quality mental health and psychosocial support services, build resilience, and strengthen staff wellbeing.
Gender and Social Protection. Provide social support services to mitigate effects of Gender Based Violence (GBV), build awareness, and strengthen prevention, using survivor-centered, strength-based approaches.
Peacebuilding and Social Cohesion. Promote peace and reconciliation through media and community dialogue, train local leaders in conflict resolution, and engage children, youth, and women in sports and cultural exchange.
Research, Advocacy, and Innovation. Engage in research and innovation, using data to improve service models, ensure evidence-based interventions, and enhance sustainability. Advocate for policies to protect vulnerable groups.
